Meetli was born out of a simple idea – to make student life easier, more connected and more exciting by serving as a single, centralized event platform that collects and shares events from student associations across Switzerland universities. 

 

We strongly believe that university life is about more than lectures and exams – it’s about lifelong friendships, expressing yourself, discovering your passions and truly enjoying your studies to the fullest before the moment you’re standing there in cap and gown, diploma in hand.

 

 As a team consisting of both UZH and exchange students we know how challenging it can be to find the different student associations offered at university, especially if you have just started your studies. This applies not only to freshmen but to senior students – even we have gone years without discovering an association or event that truly matched our interest. 

 

Unfortunately, existing platforms at universities tend to primarily focus on academic events, leaving many students unaware of all the other activities happening around campus. We created Meetli to change that, a centralized social hub where students can explore, connect and experience everything campus life has to offer, together.
